Simple PPM Solution – the key to Business Engagement

A Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) solution will nearly always be a system that is used by the very experienced Project Managers to manage complex projects.

And yet all businesses manage initiatives and change projects, and usually without a PPM solution because of it’s complexity.

And if the whole business community is not using a shared solution to track the Portfolio of projects across business areas, then the benefits of communication and collaboration across project activity are completely missed.

And if a business requirements document is developed for the selection of a PPM solution, it will invariably include a lot of requirements that lead only to a complex PPM solution, and a missed opportunity for most of the business.

The simpler the requirement, the simpler the solution, that can be adopted by the whole business community.
